Chiar daca nu e asa de cunoscut am sa va pun si eu un filmulet cu al nostru.

Racing Code are placerea de a anunta, in premiera nationala, aparitia primului ECU stand-alone, pentru tuning,

proiectat si realizat in Romania de catre departamentul R&D Electronics Racing Code.(Departament din care face

parte si subsemnatul).

   Avand in componenta sa ingineri cu o experienta de peste 10 ani in proiectarea sistemelor electronice

industriale de comanda si achizitie de date, (high speed data acquisition systems and controls) R&D Electronics

Racing Code are contacte directe cu principalii producatori de componente electronice pentru ECU din industria

automotive: Freescale Semiconductor(ex Motorola Semiconductor) - VW Audi ,Renesas Technology - Subaru Mitsubishi,

Texas Instruments s.a.

  R&D Electronics Racing Code beneficieaza de un laborator ce respecta toate normele din Industria Electronica

productie/cercetare, incepand cu Standardele de protectie ESD (Electrostatic discharge) cat si normele de

proiectare IPC http://www.ipc.org/default.aspx IPC-7711/IPC-7721 pentru care avem diplome nominalizate persoanelor

ce desfasoara activitatea de proiectare.

Calculatorul auto (ECU) prezentat in continare este urmasul primului model dezvoltat de Racing Code in 2008 (NBC) ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bN1PGMdZN0c ),

model ce se afla la ora actuala pe unele Subaru STI si Mitsubishi EVO9, preluand unele functii de la calculatorul

principal. (dar nu ca un sistem piggy-back).

Ignition: sequential or waste spark
Load definition: MAP, MAP-BAP, TPS or custom formula
Functions:
- Fuel-load main: Up to 24x24 user defined table (depends on the application)
- Fuel corrections: crank, engine temperature, intake air temperature, Tip-in
- Ignition-load main: Up to 24x24 user defined table (depends on the application)
- Ignition correction: crank, engine temperature, intake air temperature
- Idle control
- Lambda control (narrow band)
- Boost control - 2 programs per each gear (up to 24 distinct tables, four per each six gear)
- NOS control - automatic ON, with NOS/Fuel pressure shut down protection
- user configurable auxiliary output frequency (high current): 17-400 Hz fixed frequency with variable PWM (used

for variable intake, exhaust cams control)
- Input Filters type: FIR or DSP (user configurable)
- Loops control: Full PID implemented (user configurable) or PIDS with slew rate control
- Miscelanos: Ignition cut change gear, ALS, Shift Lamp etc
- State of the art IGBT ignition drivers with variable Dwell time control.

- Automotive grade 40 MIPS RISC processor

Testele s-au incheiat de curand cu succes, in prezent se lucreaza pentru a fi configurat (presetat) prin scrierea

software-lui de configurare GUI, specific pentru anumite tipuri de masini respectand particularitatile acestora si

oferind utilizatorului (tunerului) usurinta in setare.

De asemenea se lucreaza pentru a oferi calculatorul in sistem Plug-in inlocuind astfel ECU de fabrica fara

adaptoare. Masinile vizate aici fiind Subaru STI 2008 si Mitsubishi EVO X.

Nu in ultimul rand il vom oferi si in sistem Plug-in pentru Dacia Logan !!! Binenteles folosind doar o parte din

functiile sale.

Ultimul proiect custom incheiat de Racing Code in colaborare cu Marsil Auto este o masina de colectie Triumph

Spitfire MK4 iar pentru managementul sistemului de injectie electronica ce a inlocuit carburatorul Webber DCOE45,

s-a folosit o varianta "saracita" a calculatorului nostru.

Modificarile majore efectuate pentru transformarea carburator -->EFI TBI (cu clapeta pe fiecare cilindru) necesita

o configurare ECU destul de delicata pentru o functionare ireprosabila avand in vedere comportamentul "rapid" al

admisiei cu patru clapete cat si a ambitiei noastre de a defini load=MAP nu TPS. Acest lucru oferind o functionare

mai corecta dar cu conditia de configurare perfecta a functiei Tip-in (fiind in acest caz complet neliniara).
