cred ca e vb de "anodizing"..oxidarea aluminiului...se poate face acasa foarte usor.

ma refeream la ce a zis hexer, sinterizare e un proces de formare a pieselor din materie prima sub forma de praf, prin comprimare in matrite.
anodizing (oxidarea aluminiului) este un proces care se face prin electroliza si se obtine un strat de oxid de aluminiu pe piesa de aluminiu, acest strat de oxid de aluminiu ar proteja piesa respectiva impotriva....oxidarii de catre E85

Google & yahoo is your friend...merge si acasa, nui mare vrajeala, desi eu merg la atelier nevand vreme...dar si sinterizatul merge acasa numai sa nu te bata nevasta ca folosesti cuptorul

Daca e problema oricum in afara concursului o sa fie, adica pentru oxidare trebue timp...

In alta oridene de idei...am in gand sa fac un set de regulatoare de presiune care tine garantat la E85, facut mai decent decat aeromotive, daca cineva e interesat sa ma anunte, sub 5 bucati nu ma apuc, pretul o sa ajunga la 150 usd, timp de executare cam o luna, eivdent cu garantie...

Partial inox, partial aluminiu eloxat si arcul cromat...

La fel cine e interesat de ceva vreme folosim conducte din teflon, cu fittinguri ca la frane, contacteazama. Asta nu are treaba cu uleiul fierbinte, cu etanol sau orice tampenie ce vrem sa treaca prin ea.

What happens if I accidentally fuel my gasoline-only powered vehicle with E85?

Response:

Although your vehicle was not manufactured to run on E85, no problems should occur if you mistakenly fuel once with the alternative fuel.  The largest difference between an E85 powered vehicle and a gasoline powered vehicle is that their computer modules are meant to read different amounts of oxygen within the fuel.  E85 contains a higher amount of oxygen than gasoline and E85 compatible vehicles are made to read that higher amount.  When a higher amount of oxygen is read by a gasoline powered vehicle, your "check engine light" may appear.  A number of other parts on the FFV's fuel delivery system are modified to be ethanol-compatible.  The fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel injectors, computer system and anti-siphon device have been modified slightly.  Alcohol fuels can be more corrosive than gasoline.  Therefore; fuel system parts have been upgraded to be ethanol-compatible.
Ultimately it is a drivers choice, but we do need to be firm in recommending that only FFVs use E85 and to state that we are not responsible for damages[/quote]

mergi cu un A8 sa ai rezervor de vreo 100litrii, faci plinu cu E85 si nu cred ca vamesii se vor uita la check engine

Pretul era destul de mic, hmm, undeva pana  250-260ft (anul trecut parca) , la mine au trecut 240l, in bidoane si nu a zis nimeni nimic au intrebat numai cei cu radiatorul ala mare  (intercoolerul)  , dar avand in vedere noua conjunctura cine stie. E mai problematic ca flucteaza calitatea din ce am inteles, si amestecul difera iarana / vara. Cazul ideal zic eu este cumparat direct din RO ( se produce aici ) o cantitate mai mare 1000l, sau cat e minimul si facuta reteta cum vrei tu e85-e90 etc

Am citit si despre amestecul si restrictiile ce le impun guvernele (E100 destinat industriei auto trebuie sa fie denaturat mai intai cu 4% benzina sa se asigure ca nu baga betivanii pompa pe gat) asa ca in final un E85 ajunge sa fie 81% defapt,dar asta nu ma intereseaza atat de mult,pt ca overall tot spre bine ies cu costuri si performanta.
E drept merge si asta cu amestecatul in casa. Un de ar fi sursa de E100 la noi in tara,aproape de noi aici ?
Pe autorally am primit 2 surse de rafinarii ce produc asa ceva dar nu stiu sa vanda la litraj mic
